EBT Implementation Gap-Analysis Workshop

If you have decided to implement EBT, it’s important to organis the project thoroughly. This workshop facilitates a gap-analysis process that identifies what changes need to be when moving from your current training operation to (Mixed-)EBT.

This gap-analysis includes a list of deliverables, but also a schedule for the implementation process, including a map of stakeholder engagement so that all parties can work toward the same goal. The results of this workshop also form the foundation for the implementation plan required for Mixed-EBT implementation under EASA (see the EASA Mixed-EBT Checklist).

This gap-analysis workshop also identifies the best way to organise your implementation project team, so that internal team resources can be scheduled/appointed to mitigate understaffing of the implementation project.
