EBT Stakeholder Orientation Workshop

EBT significantly changes the way of training (a true paradigm shift) and many different stakeholders will be confronted with these changes. A proper guidance and engagement, will help you guide your stakeholders such as instructors, management, unions, NAA’s and software departments with their own understanding of and problems with EBT. This can prevent serious delay or even halt EBT implementation if not addressed early during implementation.

We believe that stakeholders may be valuable partners and provide useful support, ideas and solutions for implementing EBT. This workshop focusses on engagement, and creates a two-way conversation to build a common understanding and goal, and to also welcome positive stakeholder involvement in the EBT programme.
