EBT Assessment of Competence (AoC)

After initial training (and sometimes gaining some experience with EBT principles), EBT instructors must undergo an EBT Assessment of Competence (AoC). This AoC ensures that instructors are able to train EBT to the operator’s standards, including carrying out accurate assessments, engaging and facilitating trainees and actively developing competencies.

Our AoC’s cover a complete EBT module and can be delivered at a location (with simulator) of your choice. The assessments are delivered by experienced EBT examiners with an EASA EBT AoC.

The AoC can be administered to several instructors, but we can also cater for initial AoC’s amongst key senior EBT examiners within your operation, who then will be qualified to administer AoCs amongst the other (and newcomer) instructors.
