ICAP Reference Material Design Course
When assessing instructor concordance it is important to respect the limitations of certain concordance approaches, preventing ambigous conclusions and unreliable statistics.
This course trains your EBT team in best practices for creating reference material for an ICAP programme including videos but also using alternative methods. The course teaches how to develop videos that provide proper assessment scenarios, how to setup assessment reference grades (“gold standards”) and how to run an efficient and effective concordance session with instructors.
In this course an initial script is developed and practiced together, to maximize the transfer of practical skills and knowledge. In addition, the course will deliver a schedule for developing reference materials including videos, and connect with your existing or planned ICAP programme.
