Logged information and use of cookies on the NLR website
Visits to the NLR website are logged. The information logs are used solely with the aim to better understand how people use the site. Analysis is performed with various tools, including Google analytics and SNOOBI Analytics. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your personal computer or on your mobile device when you visit a website. There are different types of cookies which are used for different purposes, including making the website work more efficiently (i.e. by remembering settings or information you have given) and helping NLR in understanding how the website is used.
Hereunder more information on the cookies used on the NLR website and why:
Google Analytics cookies
Google analytics cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. Google analytics cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors to the site come from and the pages they visit. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode is enabled: this means that YouTube will not set cookies for a user who views a web page that contains a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed video player, but does not click on the video to begin playback. Moreover, the application of the privacy-enhanced mode implies that YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos.
Control of cookies

You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed.
