EBT National Stakeholder Workshop
As an authority you are able to stimulate better pilot training with EBT, and facilitate a way forward for operators. However, this workshop can be initiated by any stakeholder (e.g. a national pilot union).
The workshop is an interactive and engaging one day programme in which myriad aspects of EBT are addressed and discovered by all stakeholders. also It can also encourage national networking for those with experience and those with ambitions or questions about EBT: this workshop promotes a healthy forum for understanding, collaboration and stimulating better training.
The goal of this workshop is twofold:
- To inform stakeholders of the availability of EBT, potential benefits and how it may be approved by the NAA.
- To align stakeholders in their understanding of EBT, mitigating misinterpretations of principles and regulations.
This workshop introduces EBT topics such as background and philosophy, CBTA practices and techniques, program structures, data analytics and privacy, cost-benefit and implementation steps, Where possible our workshop integrates existing experience, stories, questions and concerns so that the workshop as valuable as possible for all those attending.
